المنتجات المخصصة
المنتجات المصنوعة أو المعدلة خصيصاً حسب طلب العميل، بما في ذلك المنتجات التي تحتوي على نقش اسم، تاريخ، عبارة، مقاس خاص أو تصميم مخصص، لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها بسبب تغيير رأي العميل بعد بدء تنفيذ الطلب، إلا في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو خطأ من جانبنا، وذلك مع مراعاة الحقوق التي لا يمكن استبعادها بموجب القانون.
خطأ في المقاس
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم المقاس الصحيح.
إذا تم تصنيع المنتج وفق المقاس الذي اختاره العميل ثم تبين أن المقاس غير مناسب، فلا يعتبر ذلك خطأً في التصنيع.
يمكن التواصل معنا لمعرفة إمكانية تعديل المقاس، وقد يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية للتعديل والشحن.
المنتج الخاطئ أو المعيب
إذا استلم العميل منتجاً مختلفاً عن طلبه أو يحتوي على عيب، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن بعد الاستلام مع تقديم رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمشكلة.
بعد التحقق من الحالة، سنقدم الحل المناسب وفق طبيعة المشكلة والقانون المعمول به، وقد يشمل ذلك الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ عند الاقتضاء.
إلغاء الطلب
يمكن طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء التصنيع أو التخصيص.
بعد بدء تصنيع أو نقش أو تخصيص المنتج، قد لا يكون من الممكن إلغاء الطلب أو استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة، مع مراعاة أي حقوق إلزامية يقررها القانون.
الشحن
إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأً من جانبنا أو عيباً مثبتاً في المنتج، يتم التعامل مع تكاليف الإرجاع وفق الحالة.
أما التكاليف الناتجة عن معلومات أو مقاسات غير صحيحة قدمها العميل فقد يتحملها العميل.

At Dar Al Alawi, we carefully inspect our products before delivery or shipment.
Customized Products
Products made or modified specifically for a customer—including products featuring personalized names, dates, phrases, custom sizes, engravings, or custom designs—cannot generally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind once production has begun, except where the product is defective or an error was made by us, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Incorrect Sizing
Customers are responsible for providing the correct size.
If an item is produced according to the size selected by the customer but does not fit, this is not considered a manufacturing error.
Customers may contact us to determine whether resizing is possible. Additional resizing and shipping charges may apply.
Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect product or an item with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate remedy according to the circumstances and applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation may be requested before production or customization begins.
Once production, engraving, or customization has started, cancellation or a refund of amounts already paid may no longer be available, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Shipping Costs
If a return results from an error on our part or a verified product defect, return shipping costs will be handled according to the circumstances.
Costs resulting from incorrect information or sizing supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility
